Training!!!

Today Im going to training. Unbelievable right coz usually Thursday is my break for training. But since Ashley and Cass are going so Im going too. When I reach there I just found out that Cass 'ppk' me. She went to Tesco with Wei Chuan. Swt!!! Then left me and Ashley. Today training not many people coming. Only me, Ashley, Shenq Jia, Way Loon and Ah Wee. So, our training quite relaxing. Today is all about Osoto Gari. We learn how to attack from side, front, reverse and combination. After that we went to McD Greenlane to meet up with Cass and Wei Chuan for dinner. Erm... Around 2115 we had our dinner. Consider supper??? Aiksss... Its fattening. Gonna diet soon.
