How long was the service transaction time? (From the start of the conversation to leaving the ticketing counter) Less than 60seconds (4) Between 60-90seconds (3) Between 90-120seconds (2) between 120-150seconds (1) More than 150 seconds (0) Once again I get 4 =D

Ticket seller followed the trained steps? I did followed the P.A.T card but i only get 3

Did the person smile and displayed the genuiene customer service? I get 4!!! Att to Ms Grace : I smile to the customer, kay... =P

How helpful of the crew in providing information? 4!!! Im very helpful wan...

GSC QBM Bowling Tournement 2008

Its another outing for all the GSC QBM's staff. We are having a bowling tournement at BJ Bowling Center at 2200-0000. 2 person in 1 group and our group name is according to the movies name...

Indiana Jones : Fariz and Ariffin

Ah Long PTE LTD : Me and Azewan *WTF with the name?!! Everyone get the great name but we get Ah Long??? =(*

Pirates : Shazana and Johnathan

Spiderman : Ejay and Balkish

Iron Man : Dina and Taufik

Narnia : Farhanah and Naser

Everyone seems to be the expert except for me and Azewan. We become the pencuci longkang of the day. Lolx!!! We lost badly.... :,(

Actually the prize arent attractive as the prizes are titbits. SWT!!!!

After the games, we hangout at the mamak stall opposite the BJ Complex and its Mr Sam's treat!!! Long Live Mr Sam!!!

Thank God tomorrow is my off day. I can wake up late tomorrow. Kakaz!!! Too Bad for those who need to work in the morning shift tommorrow =P

Our Friendship

Its been 4 months since Im working at GSC QBM and Im really going to miss all of the staff there.

They are nice, fun and outgoing eventhough they are not CHINESE.

I have 2 best girlfriends that Im very close with since working at GSC QBM. They are Dyra and Sobana. Both of them not chines but I managed to get along with them very well. We are close and we share our secrets among ourselves. I know that one day all of us going to leave and wont be able to meet up so often like now.

Sobana is going to leave at 4th May 2008.

So, when its going to be your turn, Dyra???

Or maybe Im leaving first???

I dont know either.

But I really appreciate the moments we hang out together.

We [ Talk Play Laugh ] together.

Sobana and Afif are going. Both of them is the one that make noise the most. Sobana with her trademark phrase 'Chilaka you!' and Afif with the trademark phrase 'F*ck' and also his UK slang and CK model pose. Lol!!!

Im gonna miss both of ya'll!!! *sobz sobz*

To my dearest Sobana : Remember to give me discount when Im going to Gleaneges. And please remember that Im afraid of injection. So, please sayang me when you're going to inject me. Otherwise, I will complain you! Lol!!! *Here comes Sobana scolding me chilaka you*

To Mr UK Afif : Do remember to give me comp seats at first class in your plane, kay. I want you to be the pilot when Im going abroad. And with your UK slang, you ask all the passnger to fasten their safety beats. And no F*ck words when you're making announcement. Lol!!!

Fun with Friends

Late blog about my swimming outing with my friends last tuesday, 15042008.

We went to Azura's house to swim as her house swimming pool have THE SLIDE!!!!

It suitable for I and Sobana who didnt know how to swim. We just know how to drown ourselves...

LOL!!!

Then, lunch at QBM's Pizza Hut...

We are hungry like hell... Both Sobana and Dyra were tired. Dyra was sick due to the dozens of time we jump into the pool just to take a nice shot of a picture that we were about jump into the water...

But, still FAILED after several tries...
